After receiving your contact info, I will send a confirmation email ASAP during normal business hours. You will complete the paperwork and waiver prior to your first class.
Gym Guidelines
*Want to see a Boxing Workout in Action? Come on in and watch a class. Check in with me first if you are unsure.
* Book in advance for all classes. See Classes page for more info.
* Private lessons are available if the class times or class format do not suit you.
* Beginners (zero experience) must attend the Intro/Beginner Boxing sessions.
* Gloves and Wraps are essential workout gear. You will buy wraps at your first class. We have gloves to borrow for your early sessions. If you have your own gear, please bring it to your first class.
* Come ready to workout (10 + min early) in athletic clothes and sneaks. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Please wear outside shoes and change into gym shoes upon arrival.
* Other stuff: we are an adults 18+ only gym and do not offer youth training. We focus on fitness boxing only and do not coach or train for any competition/combat.
* A boxing workout is intense, no matter your current fitness level. Work at your own pace and listen to your body. You will get there!
* RisingTide Boxing Gym is designed as a fun, safe space for all and unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Respect others, be humble and have a great time hitting s*%t!
