Fitness Boxing Sessions

Doors open 30 min before class time.  All sessions are Pre-register via text or email. 
*****Please note: booking deadline is 2 hours prior to class start time (M-Th) and Sat 8am for all Saturday classes (Friday pm better). Thanks in advance! (And remember to cancel if you can't make it)
 
* Intro to Boxing / Beginner Boxing Class  (Level 1)

Tuesday  @ 5pm  & Saturday @ 11:15am (30-40 min) - max 4 new boxers per session
PLEASE NOTE NEW START TIME FOR SAT SESSION!!

No experience? No problem! We can teach you.  Learn the basics - stance, guard, punches  and movement (Intro) and put them into use via short, easy combos (Beginner). This class is  for new boxers as well as returning boxers not quite ready for Boxing Workout.
> First class is Free with purchase of $10 Hand Wraps or $0 if you have your own gear
 


* Boxing Workout Class (Level 2)
Monday @  6pm, Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm (60 +min)
Saturday @ 930am (90 min) 

A notch up from Level 1...keep improving your skills and endurance via more varied drills and combos. Every class is different and tailored for all participants. This is your goal!  If you already have experience (including mitt work), check out this class - come early for skill set review.

* Open Workout/Bag Circuit
Wednesday @ 430-630pm (60 + min)

Do your own thing independent of the class structure. Timer will be set for 3 min rounds.  Jump in, jump out and make your own session.  Doors stay open as long as needed to accommodate workouts.


* Private Lessons (all Levels)
 Available Tue-Sat outside of class schedule (closed Sunday)

One-on-one lessons (30, 45 or 60 min) designed specifically for you!  Group sessions (2-10 people) also offered.
