Fitness Boxing Sessions
* Intro / Beginner Boxing Class (Level 1)
NEW SCHEDULE: SATURDAY @ 11:00am (new time effective 11.23.24)
Interested participants (18+) must register at least 24 hours in advance and prepay via Venmo to secure a space. Max 4 new boxers per session. $15 for first class includes hand wraps and borrowed gloves. (lmk if you don't have Venmo...cash accepted).
No experience? No problem! We can teach you. Learn the basics - stance, guard, punches and movement (Intro) and put them into use via short, easy combos (Beginner). You must take this session in order to participate in the level 2 sessions.
* Boxing Workout Class (Level 2)
Monday @ 6pm, Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm (60 +min)
Saturday @ 930am (60 + min)
A notch up from Level 1...keep improving your skills and endurance via more varied drills and combos. Every class is different and tailored for all participants. This is your goal! If you already have experience (including mitt work), check out this class - come early for skill set review.
* Private Lessons (any Level)
Tuesday through Friday 8am-4pm
Email or text for availability - space is limited and some times slots are pre-booked well in advance.
One-on-one lessons (30, 45 or 60 min) designed specifically for you! Group sessions (2-10 people) also offered.
